Croquettes of pumpkin

I made dinner, which are croquettes because I had no my part time job. They were made of pumpkins. First, I boiled it after I cut it. I would boil at 20 minutes. Second, I mash it puting pumpkin peels. The orange color croquettes had had green spots. However, I could make it well because it was derisious.

However, my family said to me that it is so sweet for us. (I didn't put in suger.) I dodn't think so because I like sweets. If you have a chance, you should try to make it!!

Book Review2-08" Washington Square"

I read Washington Square written by Henry James. This story is about marige of Catherine Sloper who is main character. She didn't get married yet because her looks is not beautiful and she is quiet. However, she had much money. So, a man who is Morris Townsend talked to her because, she was rich. He wanted to get her much money. So, he said to her about their marige. However, her father who was a doctor and clever. He didn't want to give money for him. So, her father didn't allow their marige. In the end, Morris gave up to get married with Catherine and he had done to get married with another woman. Catherine didn't get married in her life. I thought I would get out of my house if I was her. Her father didn't love Catherine because he was important his money more than Catherine. I think that she was sad when she knew that. His father didn't forgive her to try to get married with Morris. He doesn't like him. Her father was angry about it. I was very suprised at it. I couldn't believe it. I thought he is sad man because he didn't notice that he was loved by his daugther.

We live in Kumamoto. So, what I stay in Kumamoto is to live a community life for me. The place where I live in has some good points. They are nature and culture. We are proud of about them. Now, we have some good things but, we must think about what better improving of Kumamoto in the future. Accordingly, I want to tell you about my future plane of Kumamoto.

There are some natures in Kumamoto. First, Mt. Aso has the biggest caldera on top of the mountain in the world. I have ever been to there only one time However, I can’t see it because the mountain has much smock. The smoke is not good for our health. So, I couldn’t see the caldera.

I know what a beautiful waterfall is in Kumamoto. In summer, you will feel cold close to it and in winter, you will be able to see so beautiful waterfall frozen and it is like a large crystal.
(Kumamoto castle )
Kumamoto castle was built before 400 years. Its owner was Kato Kiyomasa. He was a famous soldier in Kumamoto. We are proud of him because to be able to live in here is to thanks to him. So, the festival was opening all this year round what we don’t forget him.
Traffic
I don’t like Kumamoto’s traffic systems because it has some dangerous and inconvenient. Especially, many streets are so narrow. When I was on the bicycle, I was hit by bicycle sometimes. I should change the system.
I said that about dangerous of Kumamoto’s traffic. However, I love to get on a street car because I had used them to go to downtown with my family or a cousin. I think that the system is dangerous but, it will become convenient if we can use it well.

Social welfare
We must make social welfare system full before we remake each city. I heard from my friend studying in social welfare subject that, in Kumamoto, there are few welfare facilities in our town. For example, sidewalk has many steps and slopes are located in Kumamoto station but, they don’t function. Because, they are so steep slope and physically handicapped persons can’t go through it. So, we should change the systems.
About criminals
Today, there are many criminals in Japan. Especially, traffic accidents always might happen us. We must be careful not to do traffic accident. I think that walkers and drivers should watch each of them when they are in outside. So, our city will change better peaceful community life.
Conclusion
I noticed that many people must do now. I knew that we must make a country where people can live in peace. I think that there is no it in the world. However, we have some technique to make new things. We must use it now. If we use the skills to improve our society, a community life will be better. (507 words)

I read Daisy Miller written by Henry James. I read it written in Japanese. Daisy Miller is a girl's name. However, she is not a main character in this book. This book's main character is a American man staying in Europe. First of all, a man is in love when he saw Daisy Miller. Because, she is so beautiful woman. However, they became friends each other soon but, a man must go to another country staying his aunt. When a man saw her in another country, she had a boyfriend who is from Italy. A man had been loving her but, Daisy doesn't love him. In the end, she had a sick so, she had died. I don't like this story very much because she doesn't have a faith. I thought that women must have belief because, we don't live to get married. Women also must live firmly. We should not depend men. I think so when I finish reading this work.

My favorite TV programs are foreign TV dramas. First, I like LOST because I like story. The story is about suvivers. If I must stay in small island, I will live like them. I watch it with my family every week. Second, I like 24. I like Jack who is a main character. LOST’s main character is also same name. I think that “Jack” is popular name in America?(69words)

I had millet jelly yesterday. I noticed that it is so sweet. In childhood, I often had it because my mother gave me millet jelly put on chopsticks. I like to knead it before I have it. When I was a child, I had it with my sister and brother. Recently, I remember to have it because I had it. I like millet jelly. If you have a chance, you should have it!!!

Woody didn’t like Buzz because he became a most popular doll. When Andy goes outside, he wanted to go with Buzz. However, Buzz didn’t be his room because he was pushed down from their room by Woody. So, Andy takes Woody but, Buzz follow Andy’s car to go to restaurant. However, they were left behind when they fought outside a car. So, Woody and Buzz make effort to go bake their home.
Most interesting scene: In this movie’s end, Buzz couldn’t move because a hole of fence is small for him putting a big rocket when Woody and Buzz go through a Sid’s home fence. Woody helped him even if he knows what he can’t take Andy’s car to move from another place. This is my favorite scene because they became good friends, finally and I think wonderful their cooperation.
Conclusion
Impression: I have a reason why I like this movie. First, I like this movie’s story. A theme is so simple . However, I thought about how to cooperate with friends when I finished seeing this movie. Second, I thought interesting that toys have personality like a person. I think this movie is said that we should be important many toys because toys might have personality. Third, I knew that I must not decide only people’s looks. When Woody and Buzz go to Sid’s home, they saw strange and fearful looks toys. I felt fearful when I saw them. However, they were kind because they repaired Buzz’s arm and helped that Woody and Buzz ran away from Sid’s home. I didn’t guess that they help Woody and Buzz because they have horrible looks. This movie review gave me a good chance, which I can notice that I shouldn’t judge just looks. (516words)

In Kumamoto, there are some cultures because I know parts of them. First of all, I think that foods is Japanese interesting culture. This novel was written by Jack London. This titel is a dog's name. He had parents, strong wolf father and mother has half of dog and wolf blood and he had 4 brothers and sisters. However, they were killed by enemies. Then, his father also was killed because he lost to another wolf. He survived with her mother but, her mother was taken by people because she has dog's blood. A child wolf called White Fang was alone even if he was a child. So, he got a wit to live in wild. He was attacked by wild dogs when he was a child and he was taken by a man when he was caught by a trap. However, he met a nice man and in the end, he died to save the nice man. I was surprised at him because he became like a clever dog. If I was him, I would not have been like him. However, I want to believe that he was happy life because he could meet a nice man and in the end, he could believe him.(183 words)
